Didn’t think the greatest were very nice I interrupted there dinner time I’ve had better experience the last time I was there thought the filters were very pricey and 20 dollars for labor to put them in was a lot to me when before I didn’t get charged to put them in just the cost! Your staff before was more friendly !!!

I was pleased with the service until I got the bill $182. For an oil change and two air filters. You want be bothered with me going back anymore!!!

Everything fine, tried to sell me $40.00 cabin filter, I bought one at auto parts store $19.00 installed it myself in 3 minutes.

i had my 2015 impala towed to walnut ridge. service department said it needed a new timing belt or new motor. After paying the service bill and having car towed back, we changed spark plugs and coil packs. it now run as smooth as it even has. i have purchased at least 5 vehicles from walnut ridge cavenaugh. i will not be purchasing any more from there. i am so disappointed! when i called to let service department know, i heard that i just put a bandage on the problem. but a timing belt would not have changed the coil packs.

I got treated really good. I will definitely be back.

I wasn't given the internet pricing on my service even though I asked for it.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

They are wanting us to change our air filters every time we go in...that part I don't understand the why...we can't afford extras that don't necessarily need every time.

Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hr 40 minutes, and I had a 1:00 appointment. They showed me the engine air and cabin air filter and they need to be replaced, but I’ve never been charged $9.95 each for labor on top of the price of the filter.

They showed my husband the cabin filter and when he told them not to replace it that we would do it. She acted like it made her mad. We went to change the cabin filter today and they left the screws out of it when they put the old one back in. So I’m wondering what else they’re not doing that they’re supposed to do.
